Administrative Process/Tort Claim

An administrative process is that which you use to assert your rights in any given legal challenge to present evidence of a claim or rebuttal to a claim. 

Tort claim is that which you use to assert your rights privately and demand reasonable compensation for evidence of LAWFUL injury.
